bit about Cleve Wells... Born August 11, 1960 in Cleveland, Texas Raised in Lufkin, Texas with his parents and sisters. His family was involved riding cutting horses and roping horses. He first showed a pleasure horse in 1983 under the guidance of Marty Johnson and Jerry Stanford. He has sinced trained and produced 17 AQHA World Champions and Res. World Champions. He has trained the only 2 horses in AQHA history to win all 3 World titles with 3 different riders (open, amateur and youth)
He is currently doing seminars and clinics introducing his training program. These clinics demonstrate his fortunate ability, not only to train, but to be able to explain to others how to successfully show and train their horses at a world class level. He has resided in Burleson, Texas for over 14 years. He is married and is the father of a daughter and a son. |
